through to completed construction.

clients as to the best possible site specific solutions.
Structural Surveying

work associated with construction projects, members
of the practice have developed a high degree of expertise
in structural and condition surveys and reports, building
services inspections and reports, appraisals in assessing,
maintaining and conserving historic buildings.
Building Law
We have expert knowledge of the RIAI and GDLA forms
of contract . We are retained by a no.of legal firms
pertaining to matters of building law and practice.
3D Modelling
The design office uses CAD systems as well as engineering
design systems. Three-dimensional images are more
accurate and easier to interpret than architectural
drawings, so good ideas can be communicated better
and misunderstandings eliminated. Our clients can
analyse this model thoroughly from all angles in order
to maximise the potential of the design and eliminate
any potential design flaws. 3D Modelling technology
can develop detailed virtual reality tours allowing
clients, planning authorities and potential investors
to 'fly through' the proposed development.
